Humanity has made extraordinary advances in technology, but our capacity for wisdom, emotional maturity, and inner development has not kept pace. Friends of Ren Xue exists to help close that gap by bringing a proven system of life cultivation into education, research, and society.

Humanity has developed extraordinary capabilities in science, technology, communication, and education. Yet many of our most persistent problems arise from how we understand ourselves, relate to one another, make decisions, and respond to difficulty.
We believe the cultivation of wisdom, self-awareness, emotional maturity, and the capacity to respond constructively to life must become a more deliberate part of human development.

The next stage of this work requires perspectives and expertise beyond our own. We welcome conversations with researchers, educators, philanthropists, foundations, and technology organizations interested in exploring the role wisdom and inner development might play in some of the defining challenges of our time.
Yuan Tze — Founder of Ren Xue
Through his lifelong effort to understand the causes of suffering, Yuan Tze gained a profound and direct recognition of the laws of life and the universe. He came to see that the only way to deal with human problems in a truly effective way is by replacing ignorance with realization and wisdom. This is the way out for each individual and it is the way out for humanity as a whole.
His insights inspired him to create Ren Xue — a holistic system for understanding and uplifting life. Ren Xue is a distillation of all that Yuan Tze learned and realized. It includes two subsystems for dealing with health issues and life problems — Yuan Qigong (a self-help life cultivation system) and Yuan Ming (a healing modality).
